5. Payment of Fees and Refunds

  • Refund Policy: If a candidate resigns from the allotted seat before the cut-off date, a nominal processing fee may be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded. No refund will be provided if the resignation is after the cut-off date.

6. Penalties for Lapsed Seats

  • For MBBS/BDS courses: A penalty of up to ₹10,00,000.
  • For AYUSH courses: A penalty of up to ₹3,00,000.

7. Participation Rules for Counselling Rounds

  • Round 1: All registered candidates are eligible. Fresh choice filling is mandatory.
  • Round 2: Candidates who were not allotted a seat in Round 1 or those who wish to upgrade must participate. Fresh choice filling is required.
  • Round 3 (Mop-Up Round): Candidates who have not been allotted a seat in previous rounds or those who have resigned can participate. No fresh registration is allowed.
  • Stray Vacancy Round: Conducted for unfilled seats. Only candidates who have registered and not been allotted a seat in previous rounds are eligible. No fresh registration or choice filling is allowed.
